Save fuel and labor costs by not having to run the main heating system.   Curing paint when coating vessels.   Process heat for manufacturing applications.   Worker comfort.   Equipment freeze protection   Product freeze protection         Make Up Air Gas Heaters   NuTemp's inventory of direct-fired heaters operate on either propane or natural gas. Sizes range from 400,000 to 4,500,000 BTUs. Our new line of make-up air heaters offers the latest in control and safety technology. Modulating burners and high capacity fans save a bundle on fuel costs compared to standard "prop fan" heaters. By constantly pulling in fresh air, warming it with clean burning propane or natural gas, our make up air heaters create a warm and dry environment for a building under construction.     Recirculating Gas Heaters   When moisture is not a concern, our recirculating gas heaters provide raw heat where it is needed. Operating on propane or natural gas, our recirculating gas heaters are available in sizes ranging from 170,000 to 1,000,000 BTUs. Lightweight and portable, they are the perfect solution for many construction applications such as concrete curing for deck pours.     Although our direct-fired gas heater provides a very clean heat source, certain applications require 100% clean, heated air. Electric heaters offer 100% clean air, but they require a large power source. NuTemp offers indirect-fired heaters to provide a clean heat source with minimal power requirements. Indirect-fired heaters use a secondary heat exchanger to separate the breathable air stream from the combustion air stream. NuTemp offers various units with either propane gas, natural gas or diesel as the fuel source. Call for details and specifications.     Sizes range from 30kW to 150kW. Our largest unit provides 500,000 Btu/h of heat with a fan capacity of 7,000 CFM. Custom engineered and built by NuTemp, our 150kW heaters are fitted with casters for portability and are small enough to fit through a standard 36" door. They have electronic controls, room air temperature sensors, and are available in both high and low airflow models.   Do you have steam available? NuTemp can provide steam heat air handlers configured with a steam heat exchanger and a steam regulator. Our steam heaters can provide up to 3,400,000 Btu/h of heat with a minimal electrical requirement. Steam heaters are the most economical way to provide large amounts of heat when steam is available.
