NUTEMP BREAKS GROUND ON LARGER PHOENIX FACILITY
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - July 2002

NuTemp is taking another step in its rapid expansion to enhance rental coverage in the West. Ground has broken on a new Phoenix facility. In the past, NuTemp rented space from a local generator company for its Phoenix operations. Scott Stevens, Western regional manager, recently moved to Phoenix from Chicago to spearhead NuTemp’s Western expansion. Scott, a 9 year NuTemp veteran, immediately began the process of selecting a site and designing the new Phoenix facility. The new facility will include a 10,000 square foot office and warehouse, positioned on 3 acres and will include an equipment test stand.

Scott will oversee construction while managing sales for the entire Western region. Our new Phoenix facility, along with our newly opened facility in Denver, will allow better response and coverage for NuTemp’s customers on the West Coast and Rocky Mountain region. Future plans include opening a facility in Los Angeles.
